If you had a username and password prior to the redesign of the website, it has stayed the same and will log you into the website.  Otherwise please read the following.

To Log-In to this site please follow these steps:

Username: "oakm" + Your Member Number + Relationship Code

Relationship codes are as follows:
0 = Primary Account Holder
1 = Spouse / Secondary Account Holder

Examples:
oakm12340 or oakm12341

Password: First Initial + Full Last Name
(No spaces or special characters between letters but it's not case sensitive)

Examples:
jdoe

This will take you to a screen that will allow you to change your username and password to anything you want. This will then remain your log-in information.

If you are having trouble accessing this site please make sure you are using a version of Internet Explorer 4.01 or more recent. The latest version is IE 6.0 and can be download from the Microsoft website. Also if you were accessing this sites through your favorites option please delete the old site from your favorites and add again after you have accessed the new site.
